At Apartment Realty, our objective is to take the guesswork out of apartment hunting and help locate an apartment that is best suited to your needs. Apartment Realty is a FREE apartment locator service, which provides a wealth of apartment information in the Greater Houston/Galveston Bay Area. We are able to provide our customers with apartment specials as well as rebates directly to our clients.

However, pursuant to Texas law and the rules and regulations of the Texas Real Estate Commission the following restrictions apply:

1. Eligibility for a rebate requires that you must sign a lease for six months or longer and include Apartment Realty apartment locating and the assigned agents name on the guest card and in the appropriate areas on the rental application and lease agreement. A small percentage of the apartment communities are required an LRN registration for each customer prior to the customer visiting the site. If the agent that is assigned to you working for Apartment Realty apartment locating fails to register an LRN for clients before visiting the apartment community, failure to register properly may result in the forfeiture of your rebate. Failure to register Apartment Realty apartment locating and your agent as the apartment locating company that referred you may result in the forfeiture of your Rebate. Registration with apartment communities must take place in order for Apartment Realty employees and their customers to get paid.

2. Most apartment communities do pay apartment-locating companies a locating fee but there are probably 25% of the apartment communities that do not. The apartment community you select must be a property that pays apartment locating company's referral fees in order for our customers to receive a rebate. If the property you select is a participating property, Apartment Realty will issue all rebates upon receipt of the referral fee paid by the apartment community. Apartment communities generally take up to 90 days to issue referral fees to apartment locating companies. Apartment Realty apartment locating will pay one rebate per apartment unit. Multiple rebates intentionally submitted by occupants residing in the same apartment unit will forfeit their rebate. All Rebates are subject to the consent of the Principals we represent.
